Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
We cannot guarantee delivery timescales once the parcel has been transferred to the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order or that a safe delivery location is provided.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided the medication has not been dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed or medication prepared, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for health and safety reasons, in accordance with UK law.
To request a cancellation before dispensing, please contact us immediately at the details provided on our website. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days.
